Design Proofs
The first task is always to get the best, most eye catching design or combination of designs by creating multiple graphic representation proofs of the main layout representing both graphics and layout architecture.
Generally we base these designs on aspects from your favorite industry-related websites (likes and dislikes). If you have color preferences and other specifications we will incorporate these as appropriate.
Design Review
We provide secure access to our server for review of your design drafts. Generally one of these will be used to create your entire site and it is not uncommon for us to utilize elements between the designs to come up with the most appropriate look and feel for you.
Incorporate new and transfer existing content
We can integrate all content provided by you, to include html text and graphics. We can also extract content from any Word, PDF files or existing database info. and incorporate them into html as needed.
Optimize all new and existing graphics/photos for the web
Any existing graphics or photos will be optimized for quality and file size if needed. We can be available for one on-site photography session if needed, as well as provide additional stock graphics (additional fees apply for on-site photography).
Compile all HTML “static’ pages
Using professional class HTML editing software and updated standards complient website architectural design principles, we carefully combine information delivery and intuitive navigation to create each individual page.
Our architecture also adheres to the basic specifications for search engine optimization. We have experience working closely with SEO firms and our code requires no major changes to the overall architecture after project completion to adhere to standard SEO strategy.
Integration of Custom Developed Applications (if applicable)
We can install all software site related software to include customizing it to adhere to the feature specs. while maintaining cohesive design and layout aspects of the website.
Test/ QC check for errors and final review
We fully test and check your website for errors and make necessary corrections before final review. The client review is also a good redundant QC check as sometimes we just can’t see things as well you can, but we are always expeditious with any corrections that may be needed.
